Canned or bottled water is usually filtered by a process wherein many of the essential elements of water get eliminated. This leaves behind the liquid property of the water and this water does not fulfil the requirements of the human body. According to an NGT (National Green Tribunal) study, the purpose of water for supporting human bodily functions is not fulfilled by packaged water. The filtration process eliminates all required minerals such as calcium and potassium from the water.
